Wellness counsellor and yoga teacher with a passion for mental health and holistic wellbeing.

My yoga practice started in high-school when I was looking for ways to improve my physical and mental health. I started teaching yoga while studying Psychology, in  South- Africa. Interested in more holistic approaches to health and wellbeing I furthered my studies to become a wellness counsellor, and started using yoga as a complementary approach in combination with talk- based therapy. 

Now based in the Bundaberg region, Queensland, Australia I am focussed on providing sessions that are accessible, nurturing, and centred around the goal of improving mental health and wellbeing.

I believe that you are the expert on your own live, and the driving force behind your healing process. My purpose is providing support and guidance, so you can connect, grow, and flourish as your authentic self.
