    Gentle Flow

Through mindful movement and conscious breathing (pranayama), we will explore traditional yoga postures (asanas), holding them long enough to cultivate stability and awareness. The focus is on releasing physical tension, building quiet strength, and creating a deep, nourishing connection between your body and mind.

This session is perfect for beginners, those returning to their practice, or anyone seeking a calming, restorative experience. You will leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and centered.

Calm Hatha

This class is a moving meditation, designed to build gentle warmth and increase mobility through somatic movement. You will be guided through fluid, gracefully linked sequences, synchronizing each movement with your breath. The pace is mindful, yet a bit faster than other styles like Yin or Hatha. We explore the postures and transitions with awareness and ease. This practice helps to quiet the thinking mind while gently energizing the body.

This session is ideal for those new to flow-style yoga or anyone looking for a more meditative Vinyasa experience. You will leave feeling refreshed, connected, and gracefully balanced.

Gentle Flow

Somatic Yoga

A practice designed to retrain the nervous system and release deep-seated muscle tension. Unlike traditional yoga, which often focuses on stretching or achieving a specific pose, somatics emphasizes the internal experience of movement.

Through slow, conscious sequences, you will learn to sense your body from the inside out, helping you to unlearn chronic stress patterns and move with greater ease and freedom.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are and explore the healing power of mindful movement.

  • A water bottle and your own yoga mat if you have one. You are also welcome to bring any personal props you enjoy using, such as blocks, a strap, or a blanket for extra comfort.
