What to Expect From a Session?
Because your needs can change, our sessions remain fluid and responsive. We will draw from a rich toolkit of modalities, and what we do in any given session will be decided together, based on what feels most supportive for you on that day.
A session might be devoted entirely to one practice, or it may be a blend of several. Our work together could include:
Mind-Body Practices: Using gentle yoga postures, calming breathwork (pranayama), and guided meditation to soothe your nervous system, release stored tension from the body, and ground you in the present.
Counselling & Conversation: Engaging in talk-based support, sometimes using tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns with clarity.
Creative Self-Exploration: Tapping into your intuition through creative writing, journaling, painting, or other self-exploration exercises. This can be a powerful way to access insights and emotions that words alone cannot always reach.
Mindful Action & Environment: Recognising that healing extends to our movement and surroundings. This might look like taking a mindful walk together or receiving gentle support in the process of cleaning and clearing your personal space to create a more calming environment.
Online Sessions
Your comfort and psychological safety are the most important foundation for our work together. These sessions are conveniently held online using Zoom. To ensure a smooth and supportive experience, please make sure you have a stable internet connection, a device with a webcam, and a quiet, private space where you can speak freely without interruptions. This helps create a secure and focused environment for our work together.
